Laatsch residence
This veggie garden got a major upgrade before next year's planting season. Thank you for your business Virginia!

It was a pleasure working with the List family earlier this season to help them update the front curb appeal. Pulled out some mature evergreen shrubs to make way for a little more color variety!

Lawn seed Watering
Our recent record high temps & lack of rain is once again leaving new plants/seed/lawns very stressed the past month! If a newly seeded area seems to be very spotty or bare or full of weeds already, you may not be watering it yet enough to stay ahead of the current drought conditions. Here are a few tips on what should be done to keep them from struggling.
-On hot and sunny days, you’ll need to water more often to keep the seed bed/plants damp.
-Wind also dries out the lawn, so you should water more frequently on windy days as well.
-If it’s sunny, 80-90 degrees and windy, you should be watering at least 3 times a day. This doesn’t mean flood your lawn with a sprinkler, but it does mean keeping the seed bed consistently damp during the day.
-Morning watering is best. Water deeply and more frequently in extended periods of heat & drought. If watering in the evening, do so early enough so it's not saturating wet over night since this can cause disease & fungus to grow.
-If seed has been watered in the morning & is dry down to your big knuckle on the hand by noon, your seed needs more water.
White residence
This is a previous year's client who did a full landscape & lawn install with us. With proper home care, maintenance, and time their project blossomed beautifully over the coarse of a year! Attached are some before, during and after pictures from the White residence.
